1. Booking & Payment
All charter bookings are subject to availability and required approvals.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of applicable advance payment.
- Payment terms may vary depending on the departure timeline:
- Payment terms:
- Departure within 7 days: 100% advance payment required
- Departure beyond 7 days: Advance + balance prior to departure
- Passenger details and valid identification must be submitted at the time of confirmation.
2. Flight Operations & Scheduling
All flight schedules are indicative and subject to operational conditions.
- Flights operate in accordance with aviation regulations and approvals.
- Departure timings may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Air Traffic Control (ATC) clearances
- Airport restrictions and slot availability
- Kairamya Aviation reserves the right to reschedule or adjust flights in the interest of safety and compliance.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all travel requirements.
- Carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of travel
- Arrive at the reporting location:
- Minimum 30 minutes prior (domestic)
- Minimum 75 minutes prior (international)
- Ensure all travel documents are accurate and valid
Failure to comply may result in denial of boarding without liability to the company.
4. Baggage Policy
- Maximum baggage weight per piece must not exceed 15 kg, unless otherwise specified
- Additional baggage may be subject to operational approval
- Passengers are responsible for the contents of their luggage
5. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Passengers must not carry any items classified as dangerous or restricted under aviation regulations.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Explosives, flammable liquids, gases
- Firearms, sharp objects, or weapons
- Corrosive or toxic substances
- Radioactive materials
Any undeclared or prohibited items may be removed and handed over to relevant authorities. The company holds no liability in such cases.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- 50% of charter cost after booking confirmation
- 75% if cancelled within 48 hours of departure
- 100% in case of cancellation within 48 hours or no-show
In the event of cancellation due to technical issues attributable to the operator, a refund may be processed as applicable.
7. Delays, Diversions & Additional Costs
Certain situations may result in additional operational costs.
- Flight diversions due to weather, technical, or operational reasons may incur additional charges
- Any additional flying time, ground handling, or crew expenses will be billed to the customer
- Requests for changes in route or schedule may be accommodated at additional cost
8. Force Majeure
Kairamya Aviation shall not be held responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions or poor visibility
- Air traffic restrictions or regulatory approvals
- Technical issues or crew unavailability
- Government or defence authority restrictions
9. Liability & Indemnity
- The company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or cancellations
- The customer agrees to indemnify the company, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising during the course of travel
Onboard Conduct & Damages
Passengers are expected to maintain appropriate conduct onboard.
- Any damage to aircraft interiors, equipment, or property will be chargeable
- Smoking and consumption of restricted substances onboard is strictly prohibited
11. Safety & Compliance
All flights are operated in accordance with applicable aviation regulations and safety standards.
Passenger cooperation is required at all times to ensure a safe and compliant journey.
12. Amendments
Kairamya Aviation reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Block Time Definition
Block time shall be calculated from the moment the aircraft engines are started (“Engine Start”) until the engines are shut down (“Engine Shutdown”).
All flight durations, billing, and operational timings will be determined based on this block time.
